By filling in this part of the form I agree with the following statements:

1) The host side pays for the tickets and/or accommodation. If a participant buys tickets or pays for accommodation on one’s own, these expenses are not refunded.

2) Only the tickets from the city of departure to Saint Petersburg and back to this city are paid for.

3) The host side discusses the more convenient dates of departure to/from Saint Petersburg, but still maintains the right to offer final date and time. Participants may agree with these dates or refuse and pay for the tickets on their own.

I agree with the stated conditions.
