ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
SmolShorts is an International student film festival. It is held annually by Smolny College of St. Petersburg State University as a part of the SmolCon conference.
The fifth annual festival will take place in April next year. The festival marks a great opportunity for young aspiring artists to get their first competitive experience, get feedback from a professional jury, and demonstrate their work on the big screen.

REQUIREMENTS
All students except senior year are invited to participate in the festival. The work should not be related to a senior thesis. Any and all themes, techniques, and formats are welcome.
